This beautiful luxury home is located in a private gated community on the Intracoastal Waterway, adjacent to Outriggers Restaurant & Marina. The interior is light and bright, exceptionally clean, has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, family & dining rooms, a back patio, and 2 balconies upstairs. Outside you will enjoy a keyed-entry community pool and hot tub, large yard, and tropical landscape. Enjoy the adjacent marina, fishing store, and restaurant just steps out the back door! Just a short stroll away are both the white sands of New Smyrna Beach, and a charming downtown with shops and restaurants along Canal Street. Both within 1 mile. You'll find every amenity you could possibly need while traveling here, but if you have any special requests, feel free to ask us. We look forward to hosting your stay!
