(without 4 wheel drive) With approx. 1.5 acres of property there is plenty of parking & sun bathing area.Guest accessIt has a Large 75' X 10' screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, due to its insulated solar cover, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 4 other accommodations on property. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2 - 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr. to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
