The ensuite bathroom and laundry room are located upstairs and are accessed thru the main bedroom.Parking is free, and the house is surrounded by trees and plenty of shade.This home away from home is an open one bedroom, one bath separate unit of a larger house with 10ft ceilings and plenty of room. The other unit is occupied by a quiet, single female tenant. There is no access between the units.
