Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away!St Augustine(The first city in the US!) is only 1hr away!If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please keep your dog on a leash! Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well.No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.Photo government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation will be required to be sent to the host within 24hrs of booking. Free street parking on the street behind the property. It is a 3-4min walk back from the parking area.Guests must contact host before booking if they are wanting to bring a trailer.Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill$60 per pet per stay. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per monthAvailable around the clock via the app!Directly across the street from the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side!Full use of the picnic area & courtyard.Private SECOND FLOOR 500 sq ft apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2 burner cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! Everything is new at this fully renovated apartment! Driveway: None. On Street Parking only. No need for a car at this home! Excellent location for walking, biking or enjoying an electric scooter ride!
