Parking is limited and closed on main center , due to work being done to the complex. BBQ pits are not available or the seating past the grass.1 bed 1 bath with futon studio style openGround level condo - there is public beach access next to our pool that is available but the on site is working on the complex and the sea wall is at a hault .. THe condo is perfect still for walking the beach to the pier or the shell for music concerts , and in the heart of all the action.Construction hopfully be completed by summer 2024 as they will continue to work on the complex and sea wall this winter 2023.
