"Searenity"-Directly Across Ocean- Luxury Pool Home This gorgeous 3 story home is directly across from the ocean with direct beach access making it the ideal spot to get the whole group together for a beach vacation! It's also located across one of the very few traffic-free beaches in the area! Step through the front double doors on the second level to a sprawling living room completed by a large flat screen television, comfortable sofas, and a fireplace. From the living room, step out onto your private balcony that overlooks the pool below. Adjacent to the living room is the spacious, fully remodeled kitchen and dining room. An abundance of counter space, double oven, and ample seating make this fully stocked kitchen any cook’s dream! Just behind the kitchen is the first guest bedroom with two twin beds. There is a common area half bath located on this floor as well. Once you walk upstairs to the third floor, a sitting area greets you and you can look over the living room below as you head into the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this level. The second guest bedroom holds a queen bed and a balcony access. There is a guest bathroom adjacent to this bedroom with a shower/tub combo. Across the hallway is the third guest bedroom where you can partially view the ocean across the street with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The first floor of the home holds a unique bonus room/bedroom! The pool entrance is also located on the first floor making this room the perfect spot for a pool day retreat. The additional sleeping area in the forth and final guest bedroom off of the pool contains a full bed, flat screen television, and furnished sitting area. This room also includes a convenient kitchenette with a tiki bar theme making it the perfect place to create poolside refreshments and snacks. The full bathroom on this floor is convenient for guests using the bedroom as well as for pool days with a separate entrance leading to the pool deck. Tiny travelers have been known to take mid-day naps in this room while the rest of the party is enjoying the pool.Head into the gorgeous, expansive backyard to take in the beautiful Florida sunshine year-round! You can fit the whole group in this over-sized pool and expansive surrounding deck. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, THIS POOL IS NOT HEATED. There is also no hot tub in this home for the same reasons. A grill and plenty of outdoor seating make this backyard the perfect outdoor gathering spot. The calendar will reflect this.*The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. Please note this home does not include access to the garage. Up to 3 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. No trailers or recreational vehicles can be parked on-site but we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request.
