Coastal Cottage 524 Steinhatchee Florida Located in the coastal village of Steinhatchee, Florida. Very near the Steinhatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. October through March we cater to those who want to spend their winters in Florida with reasonable monthly rates. The spaceThis is a nice cute park model cottage. It is a set up for enjoying the coastal community activities. Very near the historic Roy's Seafood Restaurant. Very near the mouth of the River and the Gulf. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Very helpful and friendly host. We are pet friendly. Come enjoy.Guest accessPrivate cottage, Please Note, Holidays, Fiddler Crab Festival, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving requires a 3 night minimum reservation. All weekends require a 2 night minimum reservation. Quiet time observed between 10:00pm and 9:00am. Pets must be kept in crate while inside and on a leash while outside. Custom reasonable winter rates available, come stay the winter in Florida.
