The kitchen comes with everything to cook your catch of the day if you wish. Barbeque grill available. Plenty parking available for boats and trailers. Enjoy great fishing, hunting, and scalloping on the scenic gulf coast in old Florida. Steinhatchee is a quant town, with everything you need including great restaurants and bars and a public boat ramp with direct access to the gulf waters.Nell’s Place is large spacious 2 Story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 12 total and there is an enclosed porch where you can relax and enjoy the pond view. Nell’s Place offers many amenities that boaters, fisherman, hunters and scallopers enjoy! Our outdoor amenities include a large covered area with a picnic table where everyone can hang out and reminisce on the day's adventures, there is a floating dock on a large spring fed freshwater pond with largemouth bass and panfish. There is also an awesome fish/scallop cleaning station. This home is a premium location for you and your friends to go scalloping and fishing.Our property allows a ONE DOG under 50 LBS with an ADDITIONAL**non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150.00. ** If you bring a DOG into our vacation rental and it has not been previously agreed to in writing, you will be asked to leave WITHOUT REFUND. Tenant is fully responsible for any and all damage to the property by any the DOG including but not limited to the cost of replacing any damaged flooring, interior or exterior surfaces, furnishings, screens or outdoor areas. DOG MUST BE WALKED ON A LEASH OUTSIDE AT ALL TIMES. Tenant shall be responsible for cleaning up after their pet anywhere on property. Pet waste shall be bagged and disposed of in appropriate trash receptacles. The dog is not allowed to be left at home unattended. No aggressive breeds allowed. ALL DOG WASTE MUST BE PICKED UP! NO CATS, BIRDS or REPTILES ALLOWED! APPROVED DOGS ONLY! NO PUPPIES ALLOWED.SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:- Your safety matters. The property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the corner of the house facing the front driveway. Camera 2 is located on the opposite corner of the house and faces the back driveway, fire pit, dock, and pathway.
