Lake Panasoffkee connects to the Withlacoochee River, which is well over 157 miles long, flowing out to the Gulf of Mexico. I-75 runs along the eastern edge and C.R. 470 along the southern and western shore.45 minutes from Tampa airport, 45 minutes from Disney World, 30-45 minutes from beaches & so much more.Our neighborhood is calm and quiet, you can also find near by.Grocery store, Winn-dixie is 15 minutes from the house.Dollar general and family dollar both with in 3 minutes from the house.Restaurant, Cat fish Johnny is only 3 minutes from the house, Big Bass grill nice restaurant Bar/Karaoke is only 5 minutes from the house, we are 20-25 minutes from The Villages where you can find so many nice stores to shop and fine restaurants.
