It is attached to the main house but very separate from the main living area - nothing inside is shared - you will have a lot of privacy in the guest suite. Enjoy the large pool while you visit..or just lounge next to it day or night. The guest suite includes amenities galore to ensure you have what you need during your stay, including:* New guest suite with private entrance* Private pool (a waiver must be signed before use of the pool - ask)* Self check-in via key code access* Super fast WIFI at 200+ Mbps* Kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, two-burner cooktop stove, filtered water system, airfry/toaster oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig machine and coffee maker, crock-pot, more* Pots, pans, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, more* Bathroom with large shower, sink/vanity, toilet (NOTE: do not flush baby wipes, cleaning wipes, sanitary products, or paper towels down the toilet)* Bedroom includes a queen sized bed, work area (see below), and a 43" SmartTV with basic local cable, Amazon Prime, and other Internet Apps.* Dedicated work area in corner of the bedroom with ethernet connection, can connect a laptop to the 43" TV via HDMI cable (ethernet and HDMI cables provided)* Living room includes a queen size sleeper-sofa and also a twin bed futon to sleep an additional 3 guests. An earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional $25 per change fee - we will try to accommodate your request* Quiet time is from 11:00 pm on Friday/Saturday nights, other nights 9:00 pm to 7:00 am daily* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the guest suite, but is allowed anywhere outside* Pool rules - a waiver must be signed before use of the pool:- Pool hours: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm (11:00 pm Friday/Saturday nights)- Please use the inside or outside shower before entering the pool- No lifeguard on duty - swim at own risk!- Kids under 13 must always be accompanied by adult- No glass In pool/deck area- Rough play that may injure guest(s) or owners, or damage property is not allowed* Absolutely no illegal drug use or criminal activity is allowed anywhere on the property, including using the provided Internet for illegal purposes* From time to time we may need to enter the unit for various reasons, for example, this could be for maintenance, or check on the safety or security of the unit and/or guests staying. While we will try to to notify you first before entering the unit, we do reserve the right to enter the guest suite at any time if an emergency or extenuating situation arises.
