A Home Where Eclectic Luxury Meets Affordability Welcome to The Altamonte House. This home is in a prime location standing between Orlando's major theme parks and beautiful beaches! Altamonte Springs is the peace and luxury you search for when visiting a busy city, but still want to have an oasis of your own. The neighborhood is nestled off of a golf course, and makes for beautiful evening walks with amazing sunsets! The home sits on a half acre lot and is surrounded by large trees on all sides. If you want to go to the beach all you have to to do is head East on I4. If you want the theme parks, head West. The home has been completely remodeled inside and out. There is a fire pit in the back yard, as well as candles to keep mosquitos far, far away. At night, if you listen closely you can hear the owls hooting, which is absolutely fascinating. All together, this home is ideal for families enjoying a quiet getaway or for those who want to kick back and have a good old time. Five minute drive to Altamonte Springs mall. Five minute drive to Interstate 4, which leads you to all of the main attractions in the area and neighboring cities. Please note that this is our actual home, not a typical rental property. We have strict rules, as such. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV. The living room is also equipped with a ROKU tv, so that you can access all of your television watching apps, and an antenna for local stations. The home does not have cable.
