Spend your days basking in the sun or cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool - the choice is yours. The best value for your money.The layout of the house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private master bathroom. One bed room has a queen bed. The last bed room also had a queen bed .We have keyless entry. 24 hours before your stay we will give you all information needed to check in at the appropriate time.Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but this will need to be approved and there is an additional charge for this service as we have to bring in an additional cleaner to have the home ready in a shorter period of time.We allow up to 2 hours for early check in or late check out. We charge $20 per hour for these additional services. Please let us know if you would like these additional services.Please no eating in the bedrooms.Guest not part of the reservation are not allowed on property. If you have more than 6 guest at the house there will be an additional charge of $50 per person. (This is for overnight and VISITING guest). Your reservation will also be canceled. Property has security system for managing exterior of house. Please do not tamper with these devices (exterior Camera's or internal base station) as this can cause your reservation to be canceled.Issue Resolution and Communication: We value your comfort and satisfaction during your stay. If you encounter any issues or have concerns, please notify us immediately so that we have the opportunity to address and resolve them promptly.
