Located 12 minutes to Downtown Sarasota, 14 Minutes to Siesta Key public beach, and 9 minutes to the heart of Gulf Gate.Outdoor lanai has eating space for 6, a sectional couch that can seat 4-5, 2 seat polywood glider, and two wicker loungers. 60" TV ensures you won't miss out on your favorite sporting event or program while taking advantage of Florida's weather or floating in the pool. Full size refrigerator and sink round out the outdoor space. Located just outside of the lanai is a Weber Propane Grill with propane included.Updated Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, with all necessary kitchen needs including Standard Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crock Pot and all necessary items to cook large feasts. Indoor Dining nestled between kitchen and living room has large banquette bench (66”) and 3 chairs accommodating 6. Additional dining for 3 at pub table with barstools just between main dining and living room.Living room features 58" Smart TV, a sectional couch, two additional swivel pub chairs, and a leather ottoman to put your feet up and take a load off. TV can be seen from the banquette bench and bar stools providing tv viewing for your whole group.The master suite features a king size medium firm bed, 58" TV and updated bathroom vanity and a tiled walk in shower. Large Dresser and closet ensure there is plenty of storage for longer stays. Large sliding glass doors give you direct access to the screened in lanai, a view of the pool and a short cut to living room and kitchen. Please note that you must walk through the third bedroom to get to the master suite. The sliding exterior doors do provide an alternative route to avoid this minor inconvenience.Second bedroom has a Queen size Bed and a Full over Full Bunk Bed. A large closet and dresser provide ample space to store clothes for all lengths of stays.Third bedroom has a Queen size Bed and Full-size Murphy Bed hidden behind the rollout bookshelf. A closet just outside the sliding pocket door provides a place to stack clothes, as well as the bookshelf. Please note this room does not have a true closet due to the hidden murphy bed. You must also walk through this room to get to the master bedroom but does have two interior doors to completely close off the room.Terrazzo and tile flooring throughout entire home.Washer and Dryer located at the end of the carport with an separate entrance. Beach supplies also located there.Beach Supplies: 4 backpack beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, and beach umbrella is provided.Pool is 29.7 feet long. Deep end is 11.7 feet wide and is 6 foot deep. Shallow end is 15.5 feet with a depth of 3.6 feet.Baby Guard Pool Safety Fence is in the lanai closet. Easy for you to install on your arrival. Assistance can be arranged if needed.The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that states we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently not an option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.
