Tip only ride services also available- Golf cart parking and charging area, if you plan on renting a golf cart (golf carts very popular on the Key)Carport parking for your car and each unit has 1 additional visitor parking spot-Heated swimming pool, with new expansive pavered pool deck, gas grill located at pool pavilion, pickleball and tennis courts (although pickleball courts do not have regulation nets- 6 public regulation size pickleball courts are just across the street.Condo has everything you need, including: beach cart, towels, umbrella- just bring your flip flops, suit and sun block!!!
