All this nestled among lush tropical landscape and lakes. Arrive by car and utilize the garage or driveway for parking. Taking the stairs up to the second floor of the townhome, you enter through the front door into the home. Right away you will notice the updated eat-in style kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also offers a breakfast bar opening out to the main living area. The living area is spacious and furnished with comfortable lounge seating for family and guests enjoying the 55" flat screen smart TV with HD programming and streaming services available. Just off the living area is the screened balcony overlooking a serine water feature and lake. The patio is furnished with outdoor dining set with seating for 6. Back inside you will also find the master suite on the main living floor. The master bedroom is furnished with king-size bed and TV. The ensuite bathroom features a shower and dual sink vanity. Follow the stairs from the living room up to the loft area along with two additional guest bedrooms which share a bathroom. The one guest bedroom is furnished with queen-size bedroom set and TV while the other is furnished with a double and a twin with twin trundle and TV. Minimum Stay Requirements: 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday.
