It's a lovely open, spacious condo with the comforts of home. Enjoy wifi/cable throughout the unit. Right off the kitchen is a dining table for 4 people with great views to enjoy while eating your favorite home cooked meal. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a family meal. You have stainless appliances, including the microwave dark granite counters, and a large, open pass-thru to enjoy the views! For your convenience you have a full size washer/dryer that is brand new (2023). Bedrooms: Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with vanity, bathtub and shower, King bed and large closet. There are large windows fantastic beach/ocean views. Cable TV is included. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, closet and great views east facing of the key. Sorry no cable in the guest bedroom The guest bathroom is right around the corner with a walk-in shower and vanity. Air mattress bed available for two people.Siesta Key village with plentiful restaurants, shops and night clubs is 1.1 miles away. Take a nice 15 minute walk, hop on the free Siesta Breeze Trolley or call one of the free ride guys.Note: There are two tower buildings, North & West next to each other. The pool & tennis courts are next to the North tower building.This is a spectacular space in a prime location managed by a locally operated vacation rental company known for its excellent service and clean spacesNo smoking/no vaping inside the unit or building. No pets allowed. Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, etc. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. This complex does allow golf carts.We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver.
