There is plenty of driveway parking available for multiple vehicles and a boat trailer. The beautiful private pool is perfect for cooling off after long days at the beach. Inside, you'll find an open concept living room, kitchen, dining room, and breakfast nook. There is abundant natural light with views of the private back yard and pool. The kitchen has been completely updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinets. It is fully equipped to handle all of your family's meals. The huge primary suite features a comfortable king bed and attached bath. Down the hall are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a combo bunk bed and a separate twin bed. The home can easily accommodate 8 guests. Bring the whole family to your new home away from home in lovely Gulf Breeze!Bring your furry guests along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. *Note - all dogs must be disclosed and approved* There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each dog.
