The large wrap-around balcony offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach, and both the living room and master bedroom offer wonderful ocean views as well. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size Simmons Beautyrest bed, a 43" Smart television, and a fold-down table beneath the window that doubles as a great office desk with a view, including a 27" monitor. The master also has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a large roman shower and a ceiling-mounted rain shower head. The second bedroom has a cozy Queen size Simmons Beautyrest bed , a 50" Smart TV and a walk-in closet as well.Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and WiFi, and relax on the new patio furniture on the balcony while enjoying the beach air and the sound of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach bag, boogie board and surf board are all provided for your enjoyment on the beach. The condo association generally requires 30 days to approve lease applications, so last minute bookings are not accepted. Please book early to ensure that the requirements are met.
