Very beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and great colors, Beachside Bungalow is the kind of place you will tell your friends about.Vilano Beach sits just outside the downtown historic area of St. Augustine, cross the bridge and you are there. And if you are coming from that way into town, don’t miss a drive down the magnificent Magnolia Avenue, Magnolia Avenue was named one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Streets in America by National Geographic! From there, nearby attractions will include The Old Jail, The Fountain of Youth, The Great Cross, Castillo de San Marcos, St. George Street, and more. St. Augustine itself central to the best of Florida, with day trips out to Tampa, Orlando, Daytona, Ocala, Cape Canaveral, Jacksonville, and more.Vilano Beach itself is a great place for shell hunting. Start at the southern tip, and head north towards Ponte Vedra, through some very secluded beaches that do not get picked over as much. You can watch dolphins in the bay, spend the day fishing, boating, jet skis, and endless other beach and water activities.Beachside Bungalow is a pet friendly rental home, for small animals. We allow for a maximum of 2 dogs. The house is no smoking indoors, and if you do smoke outside, please do not litter the yard.You will absolutely love our escape to the sun. A brand-new home is only a few minutes' walk to the beach, giving you access to miles of tranquil, dog-friendly stretches of sand and surf. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for bike riding and evening strolls. There are several restaurants within walking distance, downtown St. Augustine is a just quick drive over the bridge and the Publix market is right down the road. Everything you need is so conveniently located that you really will have time to enjoy your vacation.The house is light-filled and bright with an open floor plan. The living space spills out onto both a screened, covered porch and a large open deck, giving you plenty of options for sunning, napping, eating outside or having a cocktail to unwind. Second floor living means you are in the treetops, and from there you can listen to the breezes through the leaves and the sound of the surf. It is very private while still being close to all the area's amenities.The kitchen is generously stocked, has upgraded stainless appliances and lots of counter space. There is a large pantry to tuck away groceries, all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly need and even an electric citrus juicer for fresh orange juice in the morning. There is plenty of storage space for your cars and toys in the over-sized garage and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sun. We have stocked plenty of linens and towels for your use, comfy gel foam mattresses with soft bedding and plenty of seating, both inside and out.There are two bedrooms and one and a half baths in this home. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen, so four sleep comfortably. There is a TV in the living room, a telephone and high-speed internet all serviced through AT&T Uverse. We are just about an hour from the Jacksonville airport and amazingly easy to find.Pack your swimsuits and flip-flops and come on down!
