An inviting open floor concept stacked with grand kitchen space, a favorable dining room to fit the whole family (and more!), while the outside patio struts privacy and an expansive backyard perfect for outdoor activities under the sun including a fire pit and cornhole.Master Bedroom: New (1) queen bed, (1) double bed (1) double bed trundle with proper Master Bathroom including shower and bathtub, enormous closet.Guest Bedroom 1: New king bed with bathroom including shower/bath combo, Smart TV, closet.Guest Bedroom 2: New queen bed with closet space - Full bathroom a few steps away.Kitchen: We have all of the appliances, including a propane cooktop for cooking - Additional 4 barstools set up at the kitchen island.Living Room: Massive sectional couch, Smart TV, and bar area with wine cooler.Dining Room: 8-person dining table perfect for home cooked meals with the family.Exterior Patio: 8-person outdoor teak wood dining set, fire pit, and corn hole.The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms have the essentials, so don't worry about a thing - You are on vacation! As we are located at the beach, we will provide our guests with the Beach Essentials, beach towels, 8x beach chairs, and beach umbrella. The driveway can accommodate 5 vehicles.Boating Club Road beach access is so close that if you listen, you can hear the ocean when there are waves!The Boating Club Public Boat Ramp is located 3-mins from the property. The driveway is boat trailer-friendly **(Contact us prior to bringing your boat for more details) **Pet Friendly (Up to two dogs):All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $189.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival via Airbnb payment request.Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
