Lake Hollingsworth Rd 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home This 3 bedroom 2 bath Lakeland gem is located right on Lake Hollingsworth Rd directly across the street from Lakeland Senior Highschool and next to the famed Harrison School of the Arts. Also, it is located in the Biltmore historic district and just a few blocks away from Florida Southern College and beautiful Lake Hollingsworth.Spacious home with a large back yard. Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings you will have plenty of space to relax and chill while watching the 70" TV. * We have security cameras on the front and rear of the property for our guests as well as the protection of our properties.* You must have all guests registered. If 4 people are coming to the home then it needs to be booked for 4 guests, not 2. There is a charge of 15.00 per night per guests over 2. If the correct number of guests are entered during booking then your rate will be adjusted accordingly. By having extra guest fees after 2 we are able to keep the base rates lower. We have a zero tolerance policy for people who misrepresent the number of guests on there reservation.* There is a non refundable pet deposit $250.00 per stay. Also, if you have a pet you are responsible for any and all damages to our home.* We only allow dogs, no cats so please do not ask. Also, we have a lot of breakable items in the house so please keep that in mind. Small dogs are ok.* If your looking to host an event such as a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party or any celebration that would involve guests other than those booked please send an inquiry for a custom rate proposal.
