The spaceHome is simply furnished Country location and setting (Queen Beds, 2 twin beds, Sofa bed in Living room, dining table, country style washer and dryer in laundry room outside) Include all utilities including TV, wi-fi. The 2nd bedroom has the 2 twin bed. There is an AC in the living area and also in the main bedroom, there is none in the 2nd bedroom, but has enough btu to cool the home comfortably.Great value if you are visiting the area for sporting events such as Skydiving. Paramotoring which is only 5 mins away. Also, for a family visiting Legoland and the other Disney Theme parks.Lots of outdoor space, partially fenced front yard.The main home will be your space (not shared) We do accommodate guests in the attached self contained studio unit(also separate)Only the outside common space and driveway are shared. Consider this home layout like a small duplex.Because we are pet friendly we do our best to manage our guests and pets so that everyone will be comfortable.If you are looking for an upscale space, this might not be the right fit.
