Please note, that this is a duplex unit with an adjoining front unit.Matthews House #10B features 8ft ceilings, wood vinyl floors, and luxury amenities. There is one bedroom with King Bed, Living Room with a sofa bed, a roll-in shower, and a kitchenette including a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine; in addition to plates, bowls, and cutlery. Access to live TV (HULU TV), Netflix and High-Speed Internet is available.
