As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.Guest Access:Guest have access to the entire property and it's fully private. FREE PARKING in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests and will remain locked during your stay.Other Things to Note:Our company, Awaysis, offers live 24/7 guest support. While our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 8PM, we do have staff available to answer questions and provide suggestions every hour of every day.Early check-ins and late checkouts are typically not allowed and never guaranteed. If you'd like to request either, please be sure to ask us the day of and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Any unapproved early check-in or late checkout will result in a $25/30 minute penalty. As mentioned in the listing description and the house rules, a rental agreement and incidentals agreement is required to be completed prior to check-in. Without both of these agreements signed and a card on file, we cannot permit you to enter the property. By making a reservation, you are agreeing to sign both agreements and accept that the cancellation policy will apply regardless of whether the agreements are signed.Interaction with Guests:Rental is fully private.
