Stylish 1bd Apartment Near Central Ave (2nd Floor) This gorgeous and quaint 1bd apartment is the top unit of a two unit building with stairs-only access. The apartment is fully furnished and can sleep two (1 double/full bed). 1 Pet can be accommodated with a pet fee and early check-in or late check-out can also be arranged if available at a small fee. The outdoor area is shared with the downstairs unit as well as the laundry, which is found on the main floor. There is parking on-site on the gravel and enough for 1 car or 2 in parallel/in-tandem. In the shared outdoor space there is seating/lounging and a grill to enjoy. You're only a couple blocks away from Main Street where you can take a free shuttle to and from St Pete downtown and St Pete Beach. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes all day long and is a great way to get around on-foot! --------------------------------House Rules --------------------------------****House-Rules****This Home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (does not record audio) monitors high noise levels. Breaking of any of the House Rules such as: having unregistered guests, parties, unregistered pets, illegal activity, smoking indoors, or excessive noise/not following quiet hours can and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Neighbors are diligent in reporting such as well so please be respectful to the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay :)-Primary Guest MUST BE PRESENT at Check-In-No Parties Allowed-No Smoking on the property or inside-No undisclosed animals or guests-Check out by 10AM; late checkout will result in a $25 fee for every 30 minutes beyond 10AM-No mailing packages to the house without prior written consent-Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM-Florida is a tropical climate - please do not leave doors/windows open to prevent unwanted pests from entry-Thermostat must be set bet 69F and 78F to prevent damage to the HVAC system.-No Open Flames/Candles/Matches/Fireworks-This is a no shoes house.
