This beautiful boutique building is perfectly maintained and houses only 19 condo units, located right on the gulf of Mexico our unit #403 has been recently redecorated and has a new kitchen as well!! GULF BEACH RESORT #403 ON THE BEACH, THE BEST SUNSETS!! This beautiful boutique building is perfectly maintained and houses only 19 condo units, located right on the gulf of Mexico our unit #403 has been recently redecorated and has a new kitchen as well!! The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a new mattress that is very comfy. There is plenty of storage and large clothes washers and dryers available at no charge. The views from this 4th floor unit are wonderful but you will spend most of your time on the beach or at one of the many great restaurants located within walking distance. There are also 10 local watering holes to check out on the beach. True beach bars accessed from the beach. This building is one of a kind and very secure. You will never want to leave!!!
