Tequila Sunset - Ground Floor! Beachfront! Enjoy beautiful sunsets on our balcony. You are only steps away from the pool and beachfront. Our unique condominium building has twenty units and a coded gate access to the pool from the front of the building and beachfront.There are two gas grills permanently installed on a concrete pad at the rear of the property. We also have dining tables adjacent to the grills. There is a separate pool surrounded with patio furniture. The beautiful landscaping complements the property.The inside of our unit is completely tiled. The hall bath is wheelchair accessible with a barrier free shower.The kitchen has been remodeled with Corian countertops and cabinets and new appliances. The condo has new flat screen TV's in each room and aa 65” tv in the family room. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the second bedroom has been upgraded with full size beds.
