The neighborhood is centrally located getting you anywhere you need to be in 15 mins or less.I would recommend renting a car while enjoying your stay at the Pinellas Perch, however if you are looking just to spend time downtown, you could get away with Uber only.**PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 4% CHARGE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS**Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you Please be gentle with our linens as we do charge for excessive damages Accidents happen, we understand - just please communicate them with us. Thank you!
