This unit has been recently updated with all the bells and whistles, including all new furniture and appliances, to relax your trip. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a convenient in-unit laundry room. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second master has two queen beds; the third bedroom has one queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms, including the Living Room, have smart televisions and cable. The unit also has wifi. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your stay. Please note that there is only 1 parking space and no guest parking at Las Brisas. You must park in the designated parking spot.Las Brisas offers a heated pool, BBQ, and picnic area, off-street parking, and is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars, including the famous Johns Pass! You are just minutes from the beautiful Treasure Island beach and so much more!Whether you are looking for lots of fun or want to kick off your shoes, lay back and enjoy the warm Gulf waters then this is the place to do it!
