Clearwater Beach is known for its pristine white sand beaches and it's just a few steps away. Once there you will discover why Clearwater Beach was voted one of the Best Beach Towns In Florida in 2013.This unit will comfortably accommodate 7 guests and has all of the modern conveniences necessary to enjoy a beach stay. It is very nicely decorated (as our renters have commented) and is a great place to relax or use as a base to discover central Florida. Master bedroom: King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen bed | Bedroom 3: two single beds with a trundle.All the bedrooms have a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Heated pool, hot tub and a games room. In unit laundry machines. Free wifi, linens/towels, books. The building is only 16 years old and feels like a very new and fresh development. Parking underneath the building keeps your car cool and away from the sun.
