It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination. Accommodations: Our king suite offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests. It provides a king size bed and a spacious living area of 380 square feet so you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon and a dining area. If you want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out onto the shared balcony, which has seating for two. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!Good To Know: - Ongoing building repairs are underway. Please note that construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. - Pool hours are 8 AM - 10 PM.- Office hours are 8 AM - 11 PM.- Check in time is at 3 PM. Checkout time is at 11 AM.- Minimum age to book and check in is 21. No exceptions.- Parking is limited to one spot per room. Parking pass provided at check in.- Daily housekeeping provided. - Afterhours security.- On-site laundry room.- All units are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area in breezeway. - Kitchenette does not offer cooking facilities.- No pets allowed.- There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival.- Check in requires photo ID and credit card in the name of the registered guest. - Registered guest must be physically present at the time of check in.
