You have sunset views of the gulf from the living room, dining room, kitchen and both bedrooms. Amazing views from every room in this unit and you feel so close to the water. The condo has an open floor plan for the living room/dining/kitchen area. The unit has a dedicated elevator entrance that opens directly into the condo and a side entrance, as well as dedicated condo parking, making it private and exclusive. You still have the amenities of the connected Hyatt Regency hotel with no resort fee. The hotel has a spectacular pool, multiple lounging decks, including the one on roof top, and a fitness center for your use. If you want to indulge more you can also pay and use other amenities at this world class resort including restaurants and the spa. Unit is equipped with WIFI and three TV sets and in-unit washer and dryer. Location which is the best in Clearwater Beach, gives you prime access to beach equipment rentals, sports, activities and restaurants. All in all a perfect place for a dream vacation. Clearwater Beach is a 30 to 35 minute drive from Tampa International Airport.
