New classical elegant black furnishings with a modern flare, granite counters, 10 foot ceilings throughout, 42' HD Flat Panel TV/DVD in great room. Flat panel TV/DVD combo in bedrooms 2 and 3 and 32' HD Flat Panel TV/DVD in Master Bedroom. Huge king master bedroom, large master bath with dual vanities and two sinks, jacuzzi jetted tub and walk-in glassed shower with a double shower head and a separate water closet. 2 walk-in closets large enough to house a crib. This end unit offers 3-six foot side windows, on each floor, for additional beautiful Florida sunlight. The unit has two additional parking spaces in the driveway. There is a covered patio off of the great room. There is a covered patio on ground level also. Private elevator accesses all floors of this home from garage to rooftop terrace. This is great for luggage and groceries. Rooftop 'party furnished' terrace with amazing views of the gulf, inlet, waterway and the beautiful palm-lined Memorial Causeway Bridge and the ClearwaterPass Bridge. Paradise Cove is a quiet, private condominium building with a private pool (not heated) shared by only the 9 units of the building. A big plus for us is that we have full sun at the pool all day unlike so many across the street or any pools facing north. So many pools in the area are in the shade at noon. Their buildings block the sun.Ten minute short walk to the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach, offering all ranges of beach activities including Pier 60 for Key West-style sunset festival celebration nightly and see street performers and shop for great souvenirs from local vendors, or take excursions including the ever-popular 'Dolphin and Pirate Cruise' or charter boats, para-sailing, jet-skis in the Clearwater Beach Marina, Clearwater Aquarium, Beach bars with live entertainment including Frenchy's Rockaway Grill, The Palm Pavilion, Cooters and Jimmy Iguana's Fish House and bar and both Crabby Bill's. You can enjoy pure beach relaxation on sugar sand. Tampa Bay's Busch Gardens and Florida Aquarium where 'Winter' from 'Dolphin Tale' is featured, are just 10 minutes away; Disney is just a 90 minute drive! There is a maximum capacity of 6 occupants.
