As soon as you enter the home you see a full view of the intercoastal waterway, private pool and dock. Bright, elegant and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer in the garage allows for an extended vacation stay. Fish directly off the private dock or backyard seawall. Fishing rods provided. Relaxing to sit on the dock with a good book and a glass of wine or coffee in the morning. A private beach is a short walk away or drive to Clearwater Bch close by for plenty of restaurants, pier, mini golf, shopping and fun. Boat rentals nearby or fishing guides to provide a fun day of fishing in the area. Pool is not heated. Sleeping provided is 2 in master, 2 in quest room. The third bedroom is an office used as owner's storage. There is a TV in the master bedrm, 1 guest bedroom, and 1 in living room.
