Located between Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach this1700 square foot home accommodates 6 guests, including children. It features 3 well-appointed, tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 full-size modern and roomy bathrooms sure to please any discerning guest. There is a dedicated parking spot behind the house for up to 3 cars. Each floor boasts its own spacious balcony providing commanding views of the beach, the sea, and extraordinary sunsets the Gulf coast is known for. Perch on the tall Adirondack chairs on either balcony or rest in a rocking chair while scanning the water for dolphins frolicking in the early morning waves. In the late afternoon, relax while watching the sun sink into the water and look for the "green flash." Feel the stresses of everyday life melt away as you listen to the seagulls and soothing sounds of the surf lapping against the shore. Conveniently located, this family friendly private home is just 10 minutes from downtown Clearwater, but when you're at this private beach, it feels like you are thousands of miles away from civilization. No crowds, no motor sports - just peace and quiet. The “Blue House” has central cooling/heating and modern overhead fans provide constant airflow. Each bedroom and the living room has its own "smart" TV and unlimited 5G internet access is provided at no extra charge.Main Floor:One flight up, this level boasts a comfortable beach-themed living room. Here you can either sit outside on the balcony, or rest indoors on the cozy chairs and sofas. This level also houses a large kitchen with a full-size ice-making fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. You'll find a wide variety of cook-ware, bake-ware, dishes, glasses, bar-ware, cutlery and utensils. Two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) help get you caffeinated in the morning. We supply diswashing pods and other cleaning products to help make clean up a breeze. The tucked away Queen size bedroom with its adjacent full-size bathroom is also located on this level.Second Floor:The Twin bedroom and Master bedroom are on this level. The cozy Twin bedroom has twin beds and its adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a seating area perfect for reading before bedtime or watching TV. You’ll find a soaking tub, a separate, glass enclosed shower and double vanity in the en-suite bathroom. Like the first level, there is a sliding door leading to a spacious balcony where you can watch the beach activities by day and count the stars at night. The energy efficient washer/dryer is on this story as well (laundry pods and dryer sheets provided). PLEASE NOTE: Your cleaning fee DOES NOT include laundry service.Shaded Deck: The shaded deck below the house is footsteps away from the sand and water. It is an ideal place to play board games, have dinner, or just take a nap. Dimmable lighting lets you enjoy this area after sundown. There are chaise lounge chairs and two picnic tables so you can eat outside. The storage bins contain some beach supplies and toys. An outdoor shower post lets you rinse cleanbefore heading back indoors. YOU DO NOT SHARE THIS PRIVATE DECK WITH ANYONE ELSE!PLEASE NOTE: NO pets, NO smoking, NO parties allowed.
