The primary bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The unit accommodates a total of 6 guests. Best part of this beautiful condo are the views, you can see the Gulf from the living room, dining room, kitchen and even the primary bedroom. The living area is comfortable and has sliders that lead you to the sand. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably and the kitchen boasts a fully equipped inventory of cookware, dinnerware and gadgets to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple one anytime.Come relax in comfort and enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from our Sterling Sands condo.Important details: No pets are allowed.Pool is heated in the cooler months.This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use.
