Located on the second floor, this studio suite two queen beds, sitting area & TV is perfect for that simple getaway with friends or family. You have views of the golf course & Lakeside pond. In the mornings, have your cup of coffee on the beautiful patio while watching the herons and storks just steps away as they start their day! This studio has the basic necessities for a simple stay - toaster, Keurig pod coffee maker, compact refrigerator & microwave. The condo does NOT include a full kitchen, dishwasher or washer/dryer during your stay. The patio is accessible through the sliding glass door. If you prefer to eat out, there are many options to drive to within 10-15 minutes outside of the community. Key Residence Features:-This second floor condo is only accessible via stairs (no elevator on property)- Amenities include free WiFi, TV with cable, patio table & 2 chairs, Keurig pod coffee maker, toaster, compact refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and more!**ABOUT THE SECOND FLOOR CONDO UNIT**-Equipped with a microwave, compact refrigerator, Keurig pod coffee maker & toaster (No washer/dryer, kitchen or dishwasher available in the studio)-1 Bedroom (Studio with Two Queen beds with En Suite large Shower & Tub, TV - sleeps 4)-Sliding glass doors leading to the patio has a table and stool******PLEASE NOTE*****Use of Resort facilities such as the swimming pools and gym are NOT included or permitted. Golf, tennis & pickleball - Available for an additional fee to play golf, tennis & pickleball. The pool and gym are not included. Ask about iTrip golf discounts!Extended Stays - Any reservation exceeding 27 nights will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee each month that the stay extends. Cleaning will be coordinated with the management team. The additional cost will be added to your reservation after confirmation.********Being in this community is like finding a little piece of paradise amongst the Cypress trees, the golf course, tennis courts and lots of nature to see. Take a stroll through the community and play a game of I spy... but be careful as we have our local resident alligators in most ponds. This community offers tennis and pickleball courts & 2 PGA golf courses as well! Get away from it all here! But know you are only a short drive to Wiregrass or The Grove where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any retail therapy needed. If it's real retail therapy you're needing, just 10-15 minute drive is the Tampa Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many new restaurants in the area like Rock & Brews, Chuy's, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co. There is also a Publix grocery less than 2 miles from the home. If you want to take in a show, special restaurant, sports event or one of many cool activities such as Busch Gardens or the Tampa Zoo, we are a close 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and only an hour drive to Clearwater or St. Pete's Beaches!
