Yet only a short drive/minutes away from main shopping area, golf courses, and Sarah Vande Berg Tennis & Wellness Centre! Hear the sounds of birds chirping, and chickens clucking...Listen to crickets at night while you star gaze by the firepit in the massive backyard! Beautiful large pool is open year round for your enjoyment. Water temperature of the pool fluctauates based on the outside temperature and weather. Spacious Hot Tub is also available for your enjoyment. Heating Fees are $50/day. Hot Tub Hours are: 6pm -11pm. Additional Hours are $10/hour. Please request the Hot Tub in advance. We allow medical marijuana use as allowed by Florida state laws, in designated outside areas on this property.Plenty of parking space for multiple cars, trailers and RV's.Electric Vehicle charging available using regular outlet (15 amps). Converstion cord for regular outlet must be provided by guest. Fee: $20/day per use.RV Hook-Up available (Electric, 30 amps + Water). Fee: $20/day.Waste Dumping available onsite. Fee: $50.
