Any use of the golf and tennis on location is subject to the policies and prices set that is avaliable to the public. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linens, towels, no kitchen, only coffee/tea, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, microwave, and refrigerator. All you would need for the perfect long week, sports trip, golf or business trip or just a full week getaway! Minimum stay is at least 7 nights and maximum is 85 nights.Our family is a golf and travel family. We homeschool our kids and take trips to active places. We decided upon this location because it is close to Tampa Bay, the beaches, golf, art museums, professional Tampa Bay sports, USF, St. Leo University, Mofitt Cancer Center, Busch Gardens, the Zoo, Epperson Lagoon and great shopping. We have stayed in many places so we know as business and leisure travelers what guests want.
