The master bedroom also has a TV. The living area has a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV. The house has cable TV plus WiFi. Steps away from the front door is a small quiet family park with gazebos, playground, picnic tables, grill and small private beach great for launching kayaks and paddle boards. Watch beautiful sunsets while enjoying the evening breeze. Step out back onto a quiet patio. Patio includes a table and chairs. The garage is stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, BBQ grill, and outdoor chairs. The property has plenty of outside space with room to play. No steps or stairs anywhere! Conveniently located just north of Tarpon Springs, home of the world famous Sponge Docks, a short drive to the the popular Clearwater Beach and short 30 miles to Busch Gardens Theme Park.
