This home is located in the heart of historic downtown New Port Richey. It is literally a two minute walk to restaurants bars, antique shops, and everything that a Main Street has to offer. It is also walking distance to a beautiful dog friendly Sims park. You could fish off of the city provided docks and seawall. Grill out underneath city provided pavilions and enjoy many festivals and concerts located in the park. when you are not exploring the city you can relax in the Jacuzzi or sunbathe in the fully fenced in privacy backyard. this is our newest addition of our vacation rentals located in Newport Richey. We are a Super Host with a FIVE star rating. we take pride in cleanliness and customer service second to none. We the owners live very close by and will attend to any issues you may have or with any suggestions with things to do, places to go or restaurants to eat at. This home is equipped with brand new appliances and everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal to include air fryer. The air conditioner is ice cold and the Jacuzzi is hot. You could also enjoy the Jacuzzi in the summer by turning the temperature down and using it as a mini pool to cool off. The owner also owns a lot within walking distance on the water, that, with a one week or more rental, we will allow you to use our kayaks for free!! You could also fish off of our private dock. There is plenty of parking.. This is a golf cart friendly community and the activities in this town are endless. There’s also a large communal pool with a large waterslide and recreation center with tennis and pickle ball and many other activities. It is a very small fee for day use. It is a county run recreation center very clean and it is approximately six dollars for the use for the day. Our home is definitely one of, if not the closest VRBO vacation rental to the activities downtown on the market. HOPE TO HOST YOU!!!! PLEASE LOOK AT OUR REVIEWS!!!!!
