There are 3 large flat screen TVs (ROKU included), a washer and dryer, 400mg high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a Windows 10 desktop computer, and DVD players.Relax sitting on the outdoor screened-in deck overlooking a fabulous water view, or jump in the large, salt water swimming pool day or night. There is even an outdoor grill for your BBQ cooking if desired. This awesome newly painted and landscaped home is literally just 5 minutes from the world famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. The multitude of specialty shops, boutiques, and galleries, along with the scrumptious Greek restaurants (best Greek food this side of Greece), fresh seafood restaurants, and pastry shops, makes a visit to the 'Docks' a must. There are multiple festivals throughout the year in just a five mile radius, including a seafood festival, art festival, and of course, the world celebrated Greek Church Epiphany 'dive for the cross' celebration.
