Florida Family Friendly, Waterfront Getaway Near Beaches and Parks! Located right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, situated on a Lake, is our warm, farm style beach house in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Our lodging is very comfortable and gives you allOf the amenities of a big, warm home while minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Tampa Bay, Clearwater Beach and St Pete!A master downstairs with king and en-suite and tv and dresser. There is also a guest bedroom downstairs. There are multiple big, comfy, leather couches in the living room with a big screen TV, velvet blue sectional and recliner. The lanai is awaiting our new hot tub, and has plenty of seating to look at the water or enjoy the yard and trampoline. The large dining room and kitchen open up to the outside so you can easily serve to the lanai or just overlook the water from any room downstairs. The kitchen and pantry is always open and we even have extra clothes for sale while you’re on site. Next to the downstairs guest room is the guest bathroom. Enjoy agreeable gray renovated shower and toiletries. The guest room is equipped with water view, fluffy full futon and workspace with printer.Upstairs is the kids space. There is a room with toys, beds, bathroom and tv. It also has a plush queen bed, and desk space perfect for a gamer, adult or child to enjoy. Room had a dresser and end tables. The second room is equipped with a child’s bed and endless amount of toys.There is a stroller available, as well as a pack and play with bedding and car seat for rent as well. All occupants are responsible for themselves, the unit, surroundings and their guests while on property. If you have a problem, you will be expected to seek a solution before a refund. Any decent hotel room within an hour of ClearwaterCome enjoy the wide variety of amenities and the space that you deserve to enjoy and relax in a perfect countryside setting while still being able to do whatever you want, whenever you want.We have all the things like spices, food, medicine and lots of other things we forget on vacation. We’re here to help. We treat you like family and expect the same in return. It’s vacation time!
