The freshly paved trail connects 3 different nature parks on the water and for those who love fishing and boating, Anclote park beach and boat launch are just a stone's throw away!Our beach house is a duplex with two matching units, each featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an extra sunroom or third bedroom - comfortably sleeping up to six guests per unit. And the best part? You'll have access to a game room on the first floor, complete with a pool table and air hockey table, and a patio in the backyard that's perfect for grilling and chilling! There is a shared entryway in the front but private entrances to each unit in the back. The other unit is occupied by the property manager so you will be the only guests on the property! The property boasts a spacious backyard - great for outdoor activities - and ample parking for both boats and cars.
