MY PRICES ARE FIRM AND I DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS.Completely renovated in the summer of 2023, this residence features all new furniture, floor coverings and accessories. The designer kitchen is all new and perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the residence. GOLF CLUB AND RESORT AMENITIES NOT AVAILABLE.The residence is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks on the property and great restaurants are just minutes from the condo. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the condo; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the condo. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay.There is free parking within the gated community next to the residence. Pick-up trucks or any other type of trucks are not permitted in the parking area. They will be towed. Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, I need to register it and you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee.Bedding Configuration:Bedroom 1 has 1 King bed.Bedroom 2 has 1 King bedThere are 2 folding beds in the unit as wellHouse Rules:1. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests. 2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.
