Located inside the gates of a 24-hour manned security gate community, the townhouse has easily accessible walking/cycling/jogging pathways and is about a 5 minute walk to park and playground. This townhouse is walking distance to the recently renovated PGA National Resort and Spa, a 15 minute drive to Juno/Jupiter beaches, 10 minutes from Gardens Mall and Downtown area, 20 minutes to West Palm Beach/Palm Beach Island and PBI airport. This is the prime location for those vacationing or looking for an extended stay in the Palm Beach area, renowned for its breathtaking beaches, golf-courses, biking trails, global cuisine, distinguished arts & culture and alfresco lifestyle. Townhouse does not have access to PGA National resort golf, tennis, pickleball or resort pool amenities however the spa and restaurants are open to the public. No parties or events allowed. No smoking or pets allowed.The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Fresh linens, towels and dish and clothes cleaning starter essentials are included.Only guests staying at the townhouse will be registered at Security. After 9pm a valid ID is required to enter the PGA National gated community.
