This cottage is part of a small compound of three rentals and the owner's cottage on three city lots with two heated pools. The Casita sleeps 2 and has a queen-sized bed. It shares the two pools and multiple deck, outdoor dining and seating spaces with the neighboring vacation rentals. Cozy 1 bedroom / 1 bath Spanish style cottage with a shared pool, large deck and outdoor space. This cottage is at the rear of the main house and has its own private entrance and 500 square foot deck. Finished to a high standard the 1931 cottage is just 1 block to Lucerne Ave and two blocks to the main downtown district, Publix supermarket and Starbucks. You are less than a mile to the Lake Worth public beach.The cottage shares the pool area with the Belle Flower Oasis and Joel's Place (also on HomeAway). The owner of both properties lives in the fourth cottage. All are on a fenced triple lot. There is ample free parking on the street. There are separate lounge and dining areas, separate gas BBQ grilles for each house and free separate laundry facilities for each house. The pools are shared, but everyone has their own private space.The inside and outdoor areas were completely remodeled in January 2019. The second pool was completed in January 2022. The cottage has a full kitchen with gas stove, full-sized refrigerator and microwave. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with a new full-sized pull=out sofa in the living room. There is a large flat screen smart TV with WiFi and a Comcast cable package. We keep beach umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs for you to use as well. We look forward to welcoming you to off-beat Lake Worth.
