Serene Retreat | Cozy Backyard Welcome to our quaint oasis! Nestled in a prime location, this charming retreat offers tranquility and excitement. Close to a serene lake and stunning beaches, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy lounging by the water, fishing, kayaking, water sports and leisurely strolls. After a day of fun in the sun, retreat to our cozy backyard complete with lush landscaping and a tranquil atmosphere. Fire up the grill for a barbecue or sip cocktails poolside, either way relaxation meets adventure here!**Any violation of house rules will lead to cancellation without notice or refund.1. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises. This includes inside the apartment, back patio, shared outdoor spaces and lounge areas, and driveway.2. People other than those listed in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors (in addition to the booked guests) at any one time. For additional visitors, please inquire with the host.3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.4. Host allows children with the following stipulations:- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'.- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.5. Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper (even if it is “flushable”.) Any damages caused to the plumbing system as a result of improper use will be at the expense of the guest.6. Pets MUST be disclosed to the host. An additional cleaning fee will apply if pet waste is not disposed of properly.7. The cleaning fee is strictly for the property at a moderate/average cleaning level. Any cleaning that requires excessive time to be spent, cost us more per our cleaners guidelines and will be charged additional to the guest shall the property be left in a excessive state.8. NO GLASS BY THE POOL OR THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL FINES.9. The pool is serviced and there will be someone coming in the backyard to do this. They must be allowed to enter. 10.
