Lush foliage all around to create a beautiful and relaxing "get-away" atmosphere. Just 7 minutes from the beach door to door! Beautiful tropical home. Queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the living room. The home has a washer and dryer too! There are 2 TVs equipped with Roku,YouTube TV, and Netflix. Owner onsite. Plenty of parking - enough for 4 cars. Located in a safe intracoastal community with beautiful setting.We are located close to water sports, restaurants, tennis courts, and parks. Perfectly located between West Palm Beach and Boca Raton. Just 11 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport. Char and Chris were the perfect hosts - providing breakfast food and snacks to kick off our first day! The backyard is a serene oasis that is ideal for relaxing or swimming in the pool. The house was great- big enough with plenty of space, many amenities, fantastic yard and pool. Both bedrooms are fairly large. Lots of light. The location was also wonderful- close enough to many beaches as well as 95, and in a small cute neighborhood (4 streets!) that is very non-cookie cutter. The patio has chairs and a table in a well-shaded area where you can have your morning coffee, do your work, read your book.... and jump in the pool when needed. Wonderful pool and patio in a tropical garden setting, perfect to enjoy a warm evening outside in candlelight. Nearest beaches at 2.5 miles (Lantana) or 4 miles (Boynton), which is a 5min. drive or 15 to 20 min. trip with your bike (a great way to get around a little in the area). West Palm Beach is great for night life, urban culture or shopping at 15 min. up I 95.
