You can enjoy a family dinner at the dining table for six.• We are pet friendly but we kindly ask you to pick up after your pups after they go to the bathroom in the backyard or front yard. There is a $75 pet fee so we may deep clean the house for the next guest. *Extra fee may apply if poop is present on the property after check-out.Cleanliness: We are committed to providing our guests with the utmost cleanliness during these uncertain times. Besides our stringent routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants.** 1 MILE from the BEACH!**• Easy access to Spanish River bridge to the Beach - (1 mile away)• There is some paid street parking but very limited right after the bridge.• Spanish River park has a paid parking lot by the beach which is about 1.8 miles (The beach is about a 12-20 minute walk. If you are able-bodied, I recommend walking to the beach since it is close. The city of Boca charges $35/day for beach parking)
